Refreshing mixed-culture sour ale with a blend of citrus zests including grapefruits, oranges, limes, and lemons.
6.0% ABV

Orchard Reflection
Our second beer featuring whole fruit from @collinsfamilyorchards. This sour ale uses a mix of apricots, peaches, and second use apriums (from Aprium Dream) all combined in our foeder for a delightfully fruit-forward kick in the teeth.
6.7% ABV

Oated
Session-able IPA designed to beat the Seattle heat. We wanted big mouthfeel despite the low ABV so we used over-the-top amounts of oats and wheat for a full bodied experience. Whirlpooled with Mosaic and dry-hopped with Azacca and Belma hops for that berry-melon lean.
4.5% ABV

Briar Heart
Briar Heart is a blend of Raspberries and Boysenberries fermented on our sour house mixed-culture with brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and saccharomyces.
6.5% ABV

Peacharillo
Peach sour ale dry hopped with Amarillo hops to really reinforce the peach and stone fruit characteristics. A great blend of dewy peach flavor and big, tangerine-meets-apricot hop aromatics.
6.2% ABV

Again & Again
Tart saison fermented in our foeder with second-use muscat grapes. Carbonated at a lower level to accentuate the delicate grape character.
6.9% ABV

Hexaploid
Spelt saison.
4.2% ABV
