Primitive Tools
This new spelt IPA brings an old world ingredient into new school brewing by showcasing the nutty/toasty notes and silky characteristics of this ancient grain with Belma and Simcoe hops. Catty watermelon and cantaloupe with a smooth finish.
6.7% ABV

Pale Fire
A seriously gulp-able IPA that will transport your fragile psyche back to the dank and fruity aromas of a long forgotten equatorial jungle with big notes of papaya, pineapple, passionfruit, and something hard to put your finger on, like bubblegum flavored pakalolo. Dry-hopped with Galaxy and Citra. Super smooth and drinkable.
7.8% ABV

Island Crusher
Our dry-hopped sour ale with pineapple, Amarillo, and Citra… because we can’t admit summer is over.
6.2% ABV

Future Self
We decided to make our version of a pale ale and play around with a new hop (new to us anyway), Loral. Our result is a creamy pale dry-hopped with Loral, Azacca and Citra for aromas of fresh kiwi and ripe berries and a whole lot of #refreshing.
5.9% ABV

Next up in our “sicle” series of fruited IPAs is MANGOsicle! We loaded this beauty with delicious Alphonso mango, madagascan vanilla beans, and lactose, then unforgivingly dry-hopped many pounds of Citra.
6.8% ABV

Dark Perennial
We’ve combined blackberries, rhubarb, and a bit of boysenberries, to create this unique dark, tart, & fruity sour ale. The addition of Midnight Wheat helps to make things a bit complex, and a tad out there. Just like us.
6.5% ABV

Cloud Fall
Cloud Fall is our latest IPA, dry-hopped with Simcoe and Falconers Flight. Aromas of pine, and tangerine zest, with a smooth cracker finish from a good helping of rye.
5.8% ABV

Guava Dawn
We added loads of pink guava to a soft wheat sour ale fermented with our house mixed-culture yeast strain with Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus.
6.2% ABV

Orchard Reflections II
Do two reflections make an infinity mirror? This sour ale is the culmination of second use stone fruits plus the addition of more whole nectorcots, peaches and apricots added to our foeder.
5.7% ABV

Style Guidelines
Big, smooth, knuckle-dragging DIPA defies categorization with it’s expressive yeast esters of peach, pink bubblegum and apricots plus herbal, pine, citrus aromatics from the multiple hop additions resulting in a deceptively smooth drinking experience.
8.0% ABV

Refreshing mixed-culture sour ale with a blend of citrus zests including grapefruits, oranges, limes, and lemons.
6.0% ABV
